This listing is for EIGHT fishing lures.
Lure 1 is an unopened package o a Burke Earthworm Fishing Lure. It is a 6 inch brown plastic worm on a hook and spinner.
Lure 2 is a 2 1/2 inch black plastic leach.
Lure 3 is a 1 1/2 inch weighted lure. It is white with a red face. There are white and red hair on the end with a small single hook.
Lure 4 is a 2 inch chubby lure. It is white with a 1/2" red section on the top. There is a 3-pronged hook on the end.
Lure 5 is a spinner lure that is 5 inch long. The spinner is silver on the top and red on the bottom. There is one red bead on the lure. The hook is 2 1/2 inches long.
Lure 6 is a Godebrod Sniper. It is yellow with red and gold coloring. This lure measures 3 inches long. There is a 3-pronged hook on the end and one in the center of the body.
Lure 7 is a Godebrod Sniper. It is black on the top with orange on the bottom. It measures 1 3/4 inch long. This lure has two very tiny 3-pronged hooks, one on the end and one under the eye.
Lure 8 is a Flatfish T4. It is red on the top and white on the bottom. It is flattened on the top connection area. This lure measures 3 1/2 inches long. It has four sets of tiny 3-pronged hooks, two of them balance in the middle of the body, and two of them balance on the end.

Biography:

A spiritual reverance serves as the foundation for the soulful singing of husband and wife duo, Billy and Sarah Gaines. While Billy's vocals have been compared to Donny Hathaway, Sam Cooke and Stevie Wonder and Sarah's vocals to Diana Ross and Aretha Franklin, their approach on deeper reflection. In a 1998 interview, Billy explained, "The reason that we're in with what we're doing is because it's a calling and it's a ministry. For the people who don't know us musically, I want them to know that we're serious musicians, writers, singers. Those who don't know us, I want them to know that we are people of good character who love God with a whole heart and are seeking God and serving Him."

Four-time Dove award nominees, the Gaines received a Dove award for "Best Inspirational Award" for their participation in the "Generation To Generation Project" in 1994. Since releasing their self-titled debut duo album in 1986, the duo has reached the number one slot on the top forty six times. Their hits include "A Friend Indeed," "How Great His Heart Must Be," "I Found Someone," "Right Here At Home," "The Same All The Time" and "While You Wait." Their video for "That Is Why," reached number two on the BET video charts.

Billy Gaines' success as a musician is a long way from the days when he told his fourth grade teacher that he was "tone deaf". Although he initially studied drums, he switched to the piano after eight years. A year after meeting Sarah in his hometown,Richmond, Virginia, he moved to her hometown, Hampton, and helped to form a Gospel group, Living Sacrifice, that toured as opening act and backup band for Danniebelle Hall, the ex-lead singer of Andrea Crouch And The Disciples.

Although they launched the duo after the band's breakup in 1981, Billy and Sarah Gaines didn't have their first break until shortly after moving to Nashville three years later. While Billy held a series of jobs in Tennessee' s Music City, including janitor and Pinkerton security guard, he was able to return to music as a songwriter for Nineteenth Street Productions/Lorenz Creativity Services. Soon after, the duo signed a five album deal with the Benson label.

What to do with fabrics

Think of all the things you can do with a piece of fabric! There are many things to do other than sewing clothing.

You can make easy curtains by sewing a seam on each side and making a loop to hold the curtain rod.

You can place a piece over an old bulletin board to create a better look to an old friend.

You can hang a piece of fabric on your wall to give it texture and color. Or put a piece in a picture frame to give visitors something to talk about. Just so they don’t spread the word that you are crazy, you could always tell them its from something your grandmother had.

A. A STAR Note is a note with a STAR (*) in the prefix or suffix position of the serial number. These notes are typically used to replace a note damaged during the printing process to maintain the correct count of notes in a serial number run. Packs of STAR notes are sometimes released when the supply is greater than what’s needed. Since STAR notes are much more uncommon, they are prized by collectors.

Q. What is an Error Note?
A. From The US Error Note Encyclopedia: “A Currency Error is any note that does not meet the minimum quality standards of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing but still somehow manages to escape being pulled during the many human and mechanical inspections.” These errors include; cutting errors, folds and tears, inking errors, missing prints, etc. Check your notes and look for anything that’s different.

Reduce Reuse Recycle … Craft It!

I love to work in my craft room from time to time. One of my favorite things to do is to take a “trash” item and turn it into something new and unique.

Take this Painted Recycled Spoon that is pictured and an example. Spoons, forks and knives are often found dirt-cheep at garage sales or thrift stores. Take them home, bend them, paint them, add some embellishments, and you have created something new out of something old and unwanted.

Kids also love to create things using random items around the house and by using those item that are normally tossed away, you save money on craft materials, and kids get to explore further with their imaginations.

Some things that I’ve used in my Recycle Crafting projects are pop or beverage cans, bottle caps, old buttons, scrap pieces of wood, bowls, jars, mirrors, t-shirts and more. My eyes seem to pick out the beauty of a tossed item before it becomes too familiar with the trash can.

I want to wish all of my friends, customers, and readers a very Happy New Year for 2009! I am looking forward to the changes that will come this year.

This year….
* Wagglepop is making some nice changes to make the site more appealing to both buyer and seller. Hopefully this will generate more sellers, buyers, and listings.

* My other job - Professionally Cleaning Houses… starts up again for me after recovering from surgery for the last two months. It may sound strange, but I really like my cleaning job as it keeps me more active overall. My partner (my mom) and I also have some changes in clients… losing some and gaining new ones.

* A new president for the United States. I admit that I was not a big fan of Barak Obama before the election. However, now I’ve come to realize that this country could actually improve with someone with unique views and our country definately needs something to change. Plus… with Obama being the first black president… I get to LIVE history!

* For my family, 2009 will bring other changes. Both of my kids will be confirmed in our church. My son will have his last summer of leisure as he graduates in 2010 and joins the full-time working world. So we will begin preparations for his graduation.. pictures, party info, post school plans, etc. My daughter begins some new Extra Curricular Activities through her school this year… Speech and BPA. She has dropped Volleyball & Basketball to persue more career effective activities.

* For myself… I will be working on eating healthier and getting in more exercise on a regular basis. I am NOT going on a diet… as they never seem to work anyway. I’m not going to worry about losing the extra pounds I carry. I am ONLY going to eat healthier and get in some regular exercise… if the pounds come off, that will just be a bonus and totally unexpected.

* As for my online stores, Bernings Bargains & Rubber Ducky Deals… I plan to finally get the boxes of stuff in my inventory room listed. I also plan to find new ways to advertise my online stores.

Here is a beautiful cake plate for any home or collection. This cake platter is clear glass. The platter has a smooth top with a crackled glass texture on the underside. The edges of this cake plate have a slight lip. The pedestal on this cake plate is smooth glass with a pin stripe pattern inside the pedestal stand. The cover of this cake plate has a large knob on the top with a smooth glass texture on the outside and a pin stripe textured pattern on the inside. The cake plate alone measures 11" wide and 4 1/2" tall. The cake plate and cover together measures 11" tall.

Condition: This cake plate and platter are in excellent condition. There are no scratches or marks on either piece.
